England to Plead Guilty

England, from Fort Ashby, W.Va., was one of seven members of the Maryland-based 372nd Military Police Company charged with humiliating and assaulting prisoners at the prison near Baghdad. She became a focal point of the scandal after photos of her surfaced, including one that showed her smiling and posing with nude prisoners stacked in a pyramid.

I for one, believe the Leadership broke down. There was no need for this to happen. Senior NCO's and Officer's should have held the soldiers to a VERY high standard, and should have acted immediately to stop this action before it got out of hand.

Leadership was the key element, and again, in my opinion, there was no effective leadership.
