Medal of Honor
There is a GREAT Special Report at Defend America about the Medal of Honor.
This page pays tribute to SFC Paul R. Smith, who lost his life in a firefight with Saddam Hussein’s forces at Baghdad International Airport on April 4, 2003, while saving the lives of more than 100 fellow soldiers. His Medal of Honor - the nation’s highest award for valor in combat - is the first awarded for service in Operation Iraqi Freedom and the global war on terror.
